My name is Bianca Gonçalves I was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Lived since 2000 in Lisbon, Portugal and moved to Brussels in 2014 to study Conservation and Restoration of Paintings. Passion for animal, arts, and nature. I recently graduated from ENSAV La Cambre in Brussels and presented a Master thesis about less toxic approaches for the cleaning of paintings. Now I am in an internship in Malta and in October I will start working in the MASP in Brazil. I am also a member of the research team in SiC (Sustainability in Conservation) where I am currently working on a Gel's cookbook for Conservators restorers. The goal is to make gels manufacturing more accessible to everyone, as it is currently a great alternative to solvents.
