As an art conservator specializing in paintings, Luciana has been working in different restoration studios and as an independent conservator in major museums in Buenos Aires, including the world-renowned Latin American Art Museum of Buenos Aires (MALBA) and the Buenos Aires Museum of Modern Art (MAMBA).
From a very young age, she has been training in the field of art: She completed her studies in Fine Art in 2003 at one of the most prestigious art schools in Argentina and later studied Art Conservation and Restoration at the Universidad del Museo Social Argentino (UMSA) getting her degree in 2017.
Her enthusiasm and dedication to this career led her to earn a grant in the panel and canvas painting studio at the Prado Museum in 2011 and to being chosen again in 2012.
She has successfully taken part in large projects in Argentina, such as the restoration of the decorative paintings at the world-renowned Teatro Colón, Buenos Aires’ legendary opera house, and within major government institutions, such as the Ministry of Treasury Department of Cultural Heritage Recovery, where she currently works.
